Lindsey has had alopecia areata since the age of two. She has served as the National Alopecia Areata Foundation support group leader for Manhattan since 2017 and co-founded the Alopecia Justice League alongside Dr. Kristen Lo Sicco, Alison Lee and Julie Yoo in 2021. She was a panelist alongside Lee and Yoo at the 2023 NAAF Conference in Denver and is featured in NYU Langone’s Mane Frame series.
